Shipping

All orders will be shipped within 3 days of receiving your order from our Tofino, BC Studio. 

Orders over $450 qualify for free shipping within Canada. International orders do not qualify for free shipping.

Any notes about reducing waste, or if it is a gift?

In our efforts to reduce waste, we limit our use of plastic and will not include a packing list with your order. Please refer to your order and shipping confirmation emails for all information regarding your order. 

 

International Orders 

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer free shipping costs on international orders, all fees will be calculated at checkout. 

Please keep in mind, your new bag may take longer to reach you. 

Please allow extra time for your order to pass through customs. Any applicable taxes and duties will be billed to you directly. Unfortunately, we cannot cover these costs, so please be prepared to pay duties for larger orders.
