Shipping

Your order will be shipped within 3 business days of purchase, from our Tofino, BC studio.

In our efforts to reduce waste, we don't include a packing list with your order. Please refer to your order and shipping confirmation emails for all the details about your purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

I want you to love your new bag. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, please reach out within 14 days of receiving your item to arrange a return or exchange. I'm here to make sure you're delighted.

Unworn, full-price items in new condition can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping is paid for by the customer. To begin a return, please reply directly to your order confirmation email.

Exchanges are complimentary. To arrange an exchange, please email Hello@byjulieneufeld.com with your request.

All returns and exchanges must be in brand-new, undamaged condition.

Once your return is received, please allow up to 10 business days for processing, and an additional 10 business days for your refund to post to your account. Refunds are credited to the original method of payment.

International Orders

Complimentary shipping isn't available on international orders — all shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

Please keep in mind that your new bag may take a little longer to reach you. Allow extra time for your order to pass through customs.

Any applicable taxes and duties will be billed to you directly by your local customs authority. Unfortunately, I'm not able to cover these costs, so please be prepared to pay duties — especially on larger orders.
